Contest Duration
- Contest launch date: May 1st 2007.
- The contest begins on May 1st 2007 and ends on June 30th 2007 at 11:59 pm EST on the contest website.
Contest Description
No purchase required. Just visit tremblant.ca/contest. All contest entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST on June 30th 2007. Participants must fill in all required fields, as indicated in the contest entry form. Limit of one online contest entry per person for the entire duration of the contest.
Prizes
Description of Prizes
The prize is a package for 4 people, which includes:
- 3 nights lodging for 4 at Tremblant in a 4 or 5-star establishment.
- 2 days of activities for 4: choice of skiing, golf, spa and massage, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horseback riding, ATV, rafting or kayaking.
Total value of this prize: $4,000 CDN
Contest Grand Prize Conditions
Package
The package can be used whenever between November 15, 2007 and October 15, 2008 inclusively.
Eligibility
Employees, agents and representatives of Tremblant and any other affiliated companies, suppliers of the prizes for this contest, as well as persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to enter the contest.
Claiming Prizes
The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by representatives of Tremblant. The winner must confirm the reservation with a valid credit card.

Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your written request.
- All prizes claimed are subject to verification by the contest organizers. Incomplete or late entries will automatically be rejected. The decision of the organizers is final and cannot be appealed.
- The prize must be accepted as is and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money.
- The prize winner releases the contest organizers and their representatives of all responsibility for any damage they might incur in accepting and using their prize.
- By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizers and their representatives to use, if required, the winner's name, photograph, image, voice and/or declaration of their prize for publicity purposes, without financial remuneration.
- All contest entries become the property of the contest organizers and none shall be returned.
- In the event that for any legally justifiable reason, including bankruptcy of one or more sponsor, or any other reason beyond the contest organizers' control, and not related to the winner, a prize may not be awarded as described by the present rule, the contest organizers may award a similar prize of equal or greater value, or, at their discretion, the cash value of the prize. In such a case, anyone who wins the prize renounces any legal actions or appeals against the contest organizers.
- No purchase is required.
- The refusal to accept a prize releases the contest organizers from all obligations related to the said prize, including delivery of the prize.
- Under no circumstances will the contest organizers be responsible for an overall prize value surpassing $4,000 CDN.
- All applicable taxes in regard to the law concerning public contests have been paid.
- The contest is subject to these official rules. Contest organizers assume no responsibility for loss, late entries, wrong addresses, printing errors or any other errors.
- If the Internet portion of the contest cannot function as indicated in these rules for whatever reason, notably a virus or an internet "bug", alteration, non authorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause outside the control of the contest organizers, which could affect, alter or corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or operation of this contest, the organizers reserve the right, at their entire discretion, to cancel, end, modify or suspend the contest, in whole or in part.
- Any disputes regarding the organization or operation of a public contest may be submitted to la R´gie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for settlement. All disputes regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to and settled by la RACJ.
- Video can be taken with cameraphones, Digital Video Camera, helmet cam or any other digital moving image format.
- By entering this Contest, participants agree to accept the Contest Rules.
- Contestants participating in this Contest are liable for any copyright infringements caused by their videos.
- Entrant is responsible to secure permission from all talent included in the video. Memelabs and Mt. Tremblant assume no responsibility for royalties or fees associated with talent performances in the entered videos.
- Mt. Trembalnt and Memelabs assumes no responsibility for lost or late entries or for incomplete computer transmissions or technical failures.
- Mt. Trembalnt and Memelabs reserves the right not to accept entries that are considered inappropriate for the Contest
Video Creation Requirements
- Acceptable source video includes sources that are not copyrighted. Contestant takes responsibility that all images and soundtracks are not copyrighted material. This means, do NOT use commercial copyrighted music or images.
- Videos may not contain obscene language or content, including but not limited to: nudity, profanity, or graphic violence.
- Entrants must be between 15 seconds to 2 minutes in length. All entries must be video's in nature. No still photo entries will be accepted.
- Video can be in any format. A 1 minute project should be under 6MB.
- Videos must be submitted via the web as instructed after registration. If you have problems uploading, please contact us at info@memelabs.com. If you are having problems uploading, you must contact us before the contest has expired.
